Option to permanently save additional documents in the account profile

Applicants should be given the opportunity to upload and permanently save other relevant documents such as references, certificates or a portfolio in their account profile in addition to their CV. These documents can then be easily selected and added for future applications without having to upload them each time. This would simplify the application process for users and enable them to present a more complete picture of their qualifications.
