Add “Withdraw Application” CTA on the Single Job Preview Page

Currently, when I land directly on a job description page (e.g., via LinkedIn or an external link) and I have already applied to that position, a message appears:
“You’ve applied on Apr ##, ####“

However, in some cases, candidates like me wish to submit a new or updated application (e.g., with a revised CV, fresh experience, or updated cover letter). Unfortunately, there's no clear option to withdraw and reapply from that page.

But I have experienced “Application Withdraw“ CTA in listing page.

I need this CTA to appear on two screens. I tried to add a screenshot for reference.
